Rainbow Six Secure Guide
To help keep your account secure, please follow this recovery request process.
1. Open Official Ubisoft Settings
Go to:
https://account.ubisoft.com/en-GB/account-information
Sign in to your Ubisoft account.
You won't be able to change the email as Ubisoft has a email change cooldown, but you can do other things to secure it.
2. Contact Ubisoft Support
Go to:
https://www.ubisoft.com/en-us/help/contact
Rainbow Six Siege, Account Closure & Data Privacy.
I need to change my Date of birth too (whatever, eg feburary 3rd 2000), and change my region to (whatever, eg Australia)
Click continue, you'll recieve an email to confirm the email, confirm it and go back to the ticket saying 'i have verified my email' they should reply within 12 hours
3. Change Email and Ubisoft Password
Go to:
https://account.ubisoft.com/en-GB/account-information/security
Change the Ubisoft account password.
Use a strong password that is not used on any other website.
A password manager is recommended.
4. Enable Two-Step Verification
Go to:
https://account.ubisoft.com/en-GB/account-information/security
Turn on Ubisoft two-step verification.
Save the backup codes somewhere private.
5. Review Linked Platforms
Go to:
https://account.ubisoft.com/en-GB/account-information
Open the Linked Accounts section.
Remove anything you do not recognise.
If a console or platform account is linked and cannot be removed normally, contact Ubisoft Support:
